Jackson Hole
Our last day in Jackson was a trip to Jackson Hole ski resort to ride the gondola up to the top
We drove over, explored a perfect little ski village
and had some lunch (1 more bison burger!) Before heading up.
At the top, we donned the winter gear (hats and gloves) we've been trucking around 5 states) and marvelled at the views
They were also launching doubles parasailing rides while we were up there. Just nuts.
We saw some wildlife at 10,100 feet..
That second one is apparently a yellow-belly Marmot
And...we had some fun
So now this trip includes 105 degree desert hikes....and snowmen.
In all a great time. Spent over 2 hours at the top.
Btw, I would absolutely love to come back to Jackson Hole in the winter. (Anyone else interested?)
Though not sure I'm capable of doing Corbett's Couloir anymore (in the top 10 hardest resort runs, apparently)
We spent the rest if the evening relaxing at the campground. The girls played in their "secret hideout"
And we cooked come chicken in the campfire.
Before what might end up being our last s'mores. (RV parks from here out)
Tomorrow we head to Idaho Falls and woo boy, we're in for some exciting stuff now! Wait till you see what is in store!
(Other than the proper wi-fi (so I can post these)
Spoiler : We made it! Yay, wi-fi!
